GROW Nebraska CEO Announces Candidacy for State Legislature

GROW Nebraska CEO Janell Anderson Ehrke has officially filed to run for the District 38 seat in the Nebraska Legislature.

HASTINGS, Neb. — In her announcement, Ehrke detailed a focus on entrepreneurship and helping small businesses adopt social media, digital marketing and other strategies to succeed.

The Orleans resident has earned endorsements from former state Sen. Ed Schrock and Linda Taylor.

Ehrke entered the race to fill the seat currently held by Sen. Dave Murman, who is term-limited. The field now includes five candidates: Melanie Knight, Tim Anderson, Wes Wilmot, Jon Capps and Ehrke.

The deadline to file for candidacy is March 4.
