News Channel Nebraska and Medica invite you to Stretch Across Nebraska.

Send us a video or photo of your healthy activity...your morning stretch, kids on the playground, seniors in an exercise class, walking your dog, the more creative the better! Once a week, we’ll pick a winning submission to highlight, and that person will have a donation made, in their name, of $500 to the school of their choice! Submit below, contest running through April 2026. (You are allowed unlimited submissions.)
